It's all good

I can't believe it, I am in my fourth week of school already, time is just flying by. I have been really busy, but I am still loving it! I have another paper due this friday, it is a background paper on Ephesians. It has been a lot of work, but really cool...it just amazes me that I get to do this! I am trying to get ahead of the game, which has not quite happened yet, because I will be out of school for three weeks in November for my Israel trip! :) Please pray for me regarding that, it is stressful thinking about missing three weeks of school and trying to get all the assignments done that will be due when I am gone, not to mention the two 20 page papers that are due before I leave...oh yes, please pray! The weather up here has been beautiful this last month, total San Diego weather. I am told though that will change probably starting October.

I want to encourage you all to remember to not get so caught up in details, and even uncertainties, to where you miss the majesty of God. He is in control, He holds all things together, He is Sovereign, He is incredibly faithful, He will never leave nor forsake you, He loves you with an undying love, He is near. May we never learn so much that we forget what only a child can know. God is everything, and one day we will stand before Him...may we live everyday in light of that moment. Don't be discouraged brothers and sisters, don't be frustrated regarding the things you haven't "figured out," know that you have a God who loves you and reveals things in their proper time. Rest in what you know, rather than dwelling on what you do not. Know that God is good, and that He loves you...and so do I!
